James Ji has practiced complex, high-level litigation in courts throughout the U.S. for over 15 years.  His legal experience includes protection of trade secrets (including TROs and preliminary injunctions); enforcement of privacy and data protection laws; business contract disputes; enforcement of non-disclosure, non-compete and non-solicitation covenants; wrongful discharge and discrimination claims; and employment and labor law and regulation.  James has also defended clients against several state and federal class action lawsuits. 

Outside of his professional life, James is a dedicated amateur road bike racer and enjoys playing tennis with his family.
